Optocore produces standalone solutions to simplify fiber management. Autorouter replaces traditional fiber patchbay turning ring-based protocol into smart start with automatic endpoints detection. This allows star cable layout while keeping all ring advantages. All endpoints connect via AutoRouter and whenever device is added or removed from the system, AutoRouter automatically detects change and closes the loop with all existing devices.

AutoRouter is a protocol-independent device which has been successfully tested with Optocore, Optocore-Digico, AVB-AVID and TwinLANe-Yamaha.

AutoRouter can also operate as protocol-independent fiber patchbay which is controlled in Optocore Control software. This works with any protocol up to 3Gb.
