Taking place at the Jacob Javits Center in New York (October 29-November 1), the seminar sessions occupy three days dedicated to specific sectors, with Brunke’s presentation on (Audio) Networking For Theatertaking placeon October 30 in a day of Broadway- and theatre-focused debate. Event organiser and host, Mark Frink, believes that the German inventor was a natural choice to front this forum. “Live production, and especially live theatre is hobbled by ancient infrastructure in spite of generational advances in consoles, loudspeakers and microphones. Marc Brunke literally defines this topic, owning it by dint of his technologies and his alliances [with companies such as DiGiCo and Clear-Com].”
